Shelly has sold numerous houses for us. One was a particular challenge. From a poor design to a difficult location, she not only sold the house, but sold the house to a buyer, in one day. This expedited the process. She has always communicated very well, keeping us informed as to where we were in that process. I was able to stay in Shelly's lovely vacation rental in Hurricane, Utah.  It was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just a short, easy drive to the Zions National Park entrance.  The rental was immaculate and wonderfully decorated.  As someone who has stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the last several years, I can definitely say that Shelly has been the most caring and conscientious host I have had the pleasure of working with. The house was very nice and clean and in a quiet location. We had 7 people and it was very comfortable. The house was in great shape and everything was exactly as advertised with no surprises.
