Shelly Stranski
Shelly has lived in Southeast Idaho her entire adult life having come to Pocatello to attend Idaho State University. She is experienced with the residential markets from Idaho Falls to American Falls. Additionally, her 30+ year healthcare career has given her the skill-set to assist clients in commercial real estate with an emphasis in medical real estate. She understands the unique needs of physicians, has a long history of working with hospitals/health systems, and shares the primary underlying focus of her clients. She excels in contract negotiations, is detail oriented, and is passionate about helping others.
Shelly is married to Scott and has four grown sons who have blessed her with daughters. She is pleased to be collaborating with her daughter, Anya. Shelly enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She is loving her role as grandma to her adorable grandchildren. She has a knack for design with the intuitive ability to stage homes of all styles. Her many years of purchasing, owning and selling properties allows Shelly to excel in every aspect of the real estate transaction.

Anya Morton
Anya was raised in Southeast Idaho before moving to the Florida coast. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. She was also selected to compete on the University’s International Business Case Competition Team. She studied abroad in London, England and has traveled throughout Europe, Canada, and Russia.
Anya has experience working with first-time home buyers, short sales, bank owned properties, and investment properties. With a background in professional recruiting, she commits to delivering excellent customer service and communication throughout your transaction. Integrity and transparency are her top priorities.
